Pycnopodia - Sunflower Stars - are an essential species of the intertidal zone which, sadly, have greatly decreased in numbers in the last years. However, recent scientific breakthroughs have been made that can give this incredible species another chance to establish its population and restore balance to the ecosystem - and that’s something to celebrate!

Completely hand-fabricated from sterling silver, and meticulously carved and textured. A glowing droplet of warm citrine sits in the star’s center as a nod to its sunflower name and the hope we hold that this species will thrive once again.
